Status of the business and website

LIFTGRID is presented as a proposed heavy-lift air-logistics business in development. This website is a private concept preview. It does not state that the company is incorporated, authorised, insured, operational or currently able to accept a flight contract.

02

No aviation or commercial promise

Published aircraft figures are manufacturer specifications under stated test conditions. Actual payload, range, weather limits and route feasibility depend on configuration, environment, reserve policy, site controls and the applicable authority decision.

Indicative prices are planning references, exclude VAT and do not constitute a quotation or offer capable of acceptance.

03

DJI relationship and media

DJI, FlyCart and related product names and media belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the intended operating platform. LIFTGRID is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by DJI.

04

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the site
  • Do not rely on site content as a substitute for aviation, legal, insurance or engineering advice
  • Do not submit unlawful, dangerous, misleading or confidential cargo information without authority
  • Do not copy third-party media or branding except where the rights holder permits it
05

Links and availability

External links are provided for context. LIFTGRID does not control their content or availability. The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice during development.

06

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, no commitment should be made and no operation attempted in reliance on this private-preview material. Final limits and governing-law wording require solicitor review before launch.

07

Governing law and contact

The final incorporated entity, registered jurisdiction, address and contract contact must be inserted before these terms become effective. The intended governing law is England and Wales, subject to legal review.
