DJI FlyCart 100 carrying a freight box through mountainous terrain

Services

From freight problem
to controlled aerial route.

LIFTGRID plans and manages the whole operation: the cargo, route, permission, site, aircraft, crew and evidence.

01

WHAT THE CLIENT BUYS

Not flight time.
A delivered outcome.

The aircraft is one part of the service. LIFTGRID's job is to make a difficult freight movement operationally credible, commercially sensible and repeatable.

02

DELIVERY TYPES

Choose the operation
around the site.

Landing is not always possible. Urgency is not always the priority. The delivery method follows the job.

01Prepared origin + destination

Point-to-point

Cargo moves between prepared operating areas. Best for repeat routes, predictable handover and efficient turnarounds.

02Up to 30 m cable

Winch delivery

The aircraft remains airborne while the load is lowered to a controlled drop area where landing is impractical.

03Time-critical cargo

Priority response

A replacement part or toolset is moved directly when road access would extend industrial downtime.

04Repeatable missions

Planned supply

A successful route is documented and repeated for maintenance windows, project phases or regular remote-site support.

DJI FlyCart 100 winch, cable and electric cargo hook

Winch operations

Deliver without
touching down.

The flagship winch provides a published 30 m cable, live weighing, powered hook release and automated balance support. LIFTGRID still engineers the load and controls the ground area.

03

FULL SERVICE

Six phases.
One accountable team.

Each phase creates evidence for the next. A flight is released only when the whole chain is ready.

01

Define the freight

Dimensions, verified mass, centre of gravity, lifting points, packaging, value, fragility and dangerous-goods status.

02

Model the route

Origin, destination, terrain, obstacles, airspace, population, communications, weather exposure and alternates.

03

Build the approval case

Concept of operations, operating manual, risk assessment, containment, emergency response and authority submissions.

04

Prepare both sites

Ground-control areas, access, barriers, cargo handover, battery and charging plan, crew positions and communications.

05

Fly and control

Briefing, pre-flight inspection, loading, live monitoring, delivery, contingency management and flight logging.

06

Review and repeat

Post-flight inspection, route data, occurrence review, client reporting and updates before the next mission.

Route fit

Where LIFTGRID
creates value.

Strong fit

Expensive access time

High-value industrial cargo

Repeat or planned movements

Remote or hazardous terrain

Clear origin and controlled destination

Weak fit

Urban parcel delivery

Uncontrolled crowds

Undefined cargo mass

Commodity freight on good roads

Flights without an approval pathway
